Undamed-wow Rules

The staff of Undamed-wow is friendly, respectful, and more than willing to assist you with any problems that may arise while playing on our server.
These rules are not as difficult to follow as they may appear upon reading them. We simply ask our players to be mature and respectful to the players and the staff of Undamed-wow, so to not ruin the experience.

The rules that we expect our players to abide by are as follows:
#1 - Do NOT join this server, to ask if you can be a GM. The answer will be NO!, and you will find yourself kicked from the server IMMEDIATELY. The second offense for this, will cost you the ability to play on my server, or even view my site. This simply will not be tolerated any longer, as it defeats the purpose of being respectful in general.

#2 - The PVP Realms within Undamed-wow, are for exactly that.....PVP. Therefore, any berating from one player to another, because he was killed in PVP combat, will not be tolerated. If you have a complaint against another player, PM a GM on the site, or submit a ticket. I will NOT change the type of a realm or punish another player, because one player does not like the fact that he / she may be having extreme difficulty, due to other players. CAMPING?is not against the rules, but is simply frowned upon.

#3 - If, in the rare event, an item mysteriously disappears from your inventory, submit a ticket, and a GM will be with you eventually, be patient and don't freak out. There is nothing that a player can receive, that a GM cannot provide. GM have the ability to verify the contents of your inventory, and can determine the exact case of the item loss.

#4 - ALL players will be required to submit a ticket if they encounter any issues, and then post the issues in their appropriate sections of the forums, If they have NOT been posted there already. Please do not double-post, instead, take the time to find out if this is a known issue already. Asking for a GM in any of the chat channels, will get you nowhere, as the ticket system is there for a reason.

#5- To ensure the security of players you are not allowed to share accounts or give out account information, players who do so will be delt with by the Game Masters/Admin and could be removed from the server for a number of days. By giveing out account information we are unable to recover your account if it has been hacked or lost.

#6. Hacking - Bug Exploiting of any form is against the rules and will earn you a ban.

----------General Behavioral rules and Information ----------
1. Excessive swearing and racism is not tolerated and you will be given a ban.
4. Fights and arguing need to be taken to whispers, do not get others involved in /o, doing so you could be removed from the server.
5. Begging for a GM attention will just get you ignored. Please use the Ticket system provied.
6. New GM disagreement and ban disagreements may not be taken over world, post them on the forums.
7. Disrespect to any player is not allowed.
8. Respect other players at all times.
9. Talk english in only, we have people from all over the world...so we use a language that is well known. So even if we are a Dutch server we will talk ENGLISH.
10. It is forbidden to advertise (spam) for your server or servers of others. We will take our actions on people doing so.
11. Offensive character names are not allowed, they will be renamed or the character will be deleted.
12. You are not allowed to pretend to be an admin or gamemaster, doing so will get you banned for sure. This also include the blizz icon addon, use it and we ban you, no exception.
13. If you are inactive your account will be deleted to keep database as clean as possible.
we do a cleanup every month, for all accounts not active for last 2 months.

==========PvP Rules==========

Any kind of third programs are not allowed in PvP, This means: keypressers or any other program that makes it able to go AFK and heal other people, party members or whatever.
This is PLAYER versus PLAYER and NOT player versus PC/Keypresser.
This is a violation since we are PvP server that can cause you a BAN on your account.

~~~~~~~~~~Public Raids and Boss~~~~~~~~~~

1. You may not attack someone on the opposite faction that is killing a boss. Additionally, you must wait thirty seconds AFTER said person/party has killed the boss, to give them time to loot the corpse.
2. Pulling a boss that is being attack and resetting aggro is prohibited and will result in an instant ban. You have no priority over the other party in getting loot, don't be selfish.
3. If you attack someone with in thirty seconds after the boss is dead you will be baned for a number of days.
4. These rules apply for all instances ( The Windward Islands, The Black Stormrage, The White Stormrage, Leequn's place, Changing place, Mystery of the crystal, Elemental Place, Dream Place, The colorful world, Serena' Paradise )

__________GM and ticket rules__________

1. Do not ask Game Master's for the following things:
* Level you
* Give you items
* Teleportation
* Money
* Talent Points
* Server restart
* Kick from the server
* Modify you in any way
* Runs/boost
2. Asking to be a GM will be a no, and you will not have the chance to be a GM.
3. Disrespecting a GM is not tolerated.
4. Begging in world chat to read your ticket will result in your ticket being deleted.
5. Don't be rude to GMs, treat them with respect, also don't get into discussion with a GM, his/her decision is always final.
6. If you have a general question, ask it in world channel first - don't bother the GMs unnecessarily. Use the world channel for chatting, and submit a ticket for the REAL problems in which you need a GM to help you.

Undamed-wow will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpected did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund to our email, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your donation award. But if you're not ready to take these minute risks, please refrain from donation to Undamed-wow. It's not integral for you to donate, it's completely optional and at your own risk.

Anybody who violates the rules we have set here, will risk a penalty which could be a downlevel of the character or even banning the account.
This means also an IPban.
*We reserve the right to ban you, remove your account or remove any of your characters at any moment without warning.
**If any errors or something occur where you loose items, gold, levels or even if you loose your character, we will not return it.
