Undamed-wow Rules

The staff of Undamed-wow is friendly, respectful, and more than willing to assist you with any problems that may arise while playing on our server.
These rules are not as difficult to follow as they may appear upon reading them. We simply ask our players to be mature and respectful to the players and the staff of Undamed-wow, so to not ruin the experience.

The rules that we expect our players to abide by are as follows:

#1 - Do NOT join this server, to ask if you can be a GM. The answer will be NO!, and you will find yourself kicked from the server IMMEDIATELY. The second offense for this, will cost you the ability to play on my server, or even view my site. This simply will not be tolerated any longer, as it defeats the purpose of being respectful in general.

#2 - The PVP Realms within Undamed-wow, are for exactly that.....PVP. Therefore, any berating from one player to another, because he was killed in PVP combat, will not be tolerated. If you have a complaint against another player please submit a ticket. I will NOT change the type of a realm or punish another player, because one player does not like the fact that he / she may be having extreme difficulty, due to other players. Camping is not against the rules, but is simply frowned upon.

#3 - If an item mysteriously disappears from your inventory, email undamed-wow@hotmail.com with proof that you indeed had said item.

#4 - ALL players are required to submit a ticket if they encounter any issues, and then post the issues in their appropriate sections of the forums, If they have NOT been posted there already. Please do not double-post, instead, take the time to find out if this is a known issue already. Asking for a GM in any of the chat channels, will get you nowhere, as the ticket system is there for a reason.

#5- To ensure the security of players, you are not allowed to share accounts or give out account information. Players who do so will be dealt with by the Game Masters/Admin and can be removed from the server. We are unable to recover lost or hacked accounts, so keep your information to yourself.

#6. Hacking - Bug exploiting, or using any hacking programs will result in an immediate character ban on the first offense. Using third party programs in PvP is considered hacking, and will result in the same punishment.

----------General Behavioral rules and Information ----------
1. Swearing in any public channel is not tolerated and will result in a kick and/or ban.
2. Racism of any form is not tolerated, and will result in an instant ban.
3. Being rude or disrespectful to a Game Master will result in a kick and/or ban.
4. Fights and arguing need to be taken to whispers, do not get others involved in /o, doing so you could be removed from the server.
5. Begging for GM attention will just get you ignored and possibly kicked. Please use the Ticket system provided.
6. Disrespect to any player is not allowed.
7. English only in all public chat channels. Breaking this rule will result in a kick or ban.
8. It is forbidden to advertise anything to do with other servers, retail accounts, gold, or websites etc. You will be banned for doing so.
9. Offensive character names are not allowed, they will be renamed or the character will be deleted.
10. Impersonating an admin or GM will earn you a ban. This also includes the blizz icon addon, use it and you will be banned, no exception.
11. If your account is inactive for more than 2 months, it will be deleted in the monthly database cleanup.
12. Spamming of any type is not tolerated on the servers. Depending upon the severity (at the GM’s discretion) you will be kicked or banned.

-------------------Public Raids and Boss-----------------------

1. You may not attack someone on the opposite faction that is killing a boss. Additionally, you must wait thirty seconds AFTER said person/party has killed the boss, to give them time to loot the corpse.
2. Pulling a boss that is being attacked and resetting aggro is prohibited and will result in an instant ban. You have no priority over the other party in getting loot, don't be selfish.
3. These rules apply for all instances.

-----------------GM and ticket rules------------------

1. Asking Game Masters for any of the following things could result in a ban or kick:
* Levels
* Items
* Teleportation
* Money
* Talent points
* Server restart
* Kick
* Modification in any form
* Runs/boost
2. Disrespecting a GM is not tolerated.
3. Asking for your ticket to be read will result in said ticket be deleted.

Undamed-wow will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpected did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund to our email, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your donation award. But if you're not ready to take these minute risks, please refrain from donation to Undamed-wow. It's not integral for you to donate, it's completely optional and at your own risk.
